With periodic food shortages and rising grocery store bills, we wanted to have access to fresh, healthy food while relying less on large corporations and "Big Ag". Microgreens were the perfect answer as a food source to grow because not only are they incredibly nutritious, but they grow quickly. Michele realized there was an opportunity to provide a new version of "fast food" to others that allowed her to work from home.
We offer a variety of microgreens (and 'live' versions in trays, too) as well recipes to get you started. All of our products are organically grown and harvested on-site using modern technology to ensure freshness, quality and consistency.

We also offer red wiggler worms for sale and complete, simple indoor worm composting bins to get you started in your waste-reduction efforts! Ask us about our Worms 101 class and educational programs for children to learn about the worm cycle and "vermicomposting".

We believe in giving back to our community and are proud to support local businesses. We also offer "planting parties", classes and educational programs for children to learn about growing microgreens and healthy eating.

At this time we are focused on only growing microgreens and wheatgrass. We grow a variety of microgreens and are always adding new varieties based on popularity and market demand.
We are located in the 'burbs of Longmont, CO
Although we are not certified, we only use certified organic seeds and do not spray with chemicals or pesticides. We do not use anything genetically modified.
We are looking to collaborate with markets in the community. Currently, we offer our greens through Waves Of Grain Food Co-Op available at various locations. Visit us seasonally at local farmer's markets to purchase our fresh greens.
